Inspired by a recent trip to Las Vegas for the Mobile Beat show #MBLV22 , this playlist is titled “The Viva Las Vegas Cocktail Hour” and is the 94th playlist in our Wedding Cocktail Hour series.
As a longtime visitor and observer of Las Vegas, this playlist was great fun to compile. Simply put, the Vegas nightlife delivers. The range and depth of entertainment offerings found in Sin City is mind boggling. Inspirations for this playlist include classic lounge acts like The Rat Pack and Wayne Newton, 80s musical acts like the B-52s and INXS, songs inspired by Vegas-themed movies and music videos, and tracks from the DJ culture that has swept Las Vegas in the past decade.
For a signature drink, we’ve selected a refreshing cocktail recipe from our friends and wedding clients Kris and Wesley from the “How to Feed a Loon” culinary series; specifically the “La Paloma” cocktail.
